SAP Business One Project Manager

About the Role
You will own SAP Business One and ERP implementation projects from kick-off to go-live. You lead the project team, keep customers and management aligned, and make sure every project is delivered on time, on budget and to scope.
What You Will Do
- Lead SAP Business One / ERP implementations end to end: planning, blueprint, configuration, data migration, testing, go-live and hand-over to support.
- Build and track project plans, milestones and deliverables using project management tools.
- Assign and manage consultants, developers and vendors so the right people work on the right tasks.
- Work with customers to confirm business requirements, identify risks early and agree mitigation plans.
- Report project status, risks and issues clearly to customers, the project team and C-level executives.
- Run kick-off, weekly status and post-implementation review meetings.
- Manage scope carefully: assess change requests, agree impact on timeline and cost, and get customer sign-off before work begins.
- Monitor consultants' timesheets and billable hours so project costs and invoicing stay accurate.
- Coach and mentor consultants throughout the implementation cycle.
- Keep project documentation complete, current and accessible to all stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting or a related field.
- At least 5 years of ERP consulting experience, including 3 years managing SAP Business One or ERP implementation projects.
- Solid project management skills: planning, resourcing, risk management and delivery.
- Confident communicator who can present to and negotiate with business owners and C-level executives.
- Strong problem-solver who stays calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- SAP Business One certification, PMP or similar project management certification.
- Ability to communicate in English, Malay and Chinese.

About the Role
You will lead our team of SAP Business One consultants. You are responsible for the quality of their work, their growth, and the success of the projects they deliver, while acting as the senior functional expert our clients rely on.
What You Will Do
- Lead, coach and review the work of the SAP Business One consulting team.
- Set delivery standards, templates and best practices so every implementation follows a consistent, proven method.
- Act as the senior solution expert on complex requirements in finance, sales, purchasing, inventory and production.
- Plan consultant capacity across projects and support Project Managers on timelines, budgets and resources.
- Step in on escalated client issues, find the root cause and agree a clear resolution.
- Carry out quality reviews at key project stages before sign-off and go-live.
- Support the sales team with solution demos, effort estimates, proposals and statements of work.
- Hire, onboard and train new consultants, including fresh graduates in our Associate Consultant track.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP Business One implementation experience.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of consultants.
- Strong understanding of business processes and accounting principles.

About the Role
As part of our SAP Business One team, you will help small and mid-sized companies move onto SAP Business One. You will learn how real businesses run, configure the system to fit them, and train their users. Experienced consultants and fresh graduates (as Associate Consultant) are both welcome; we provide structured training.
What You Will Do
- Support pre-sales activities such as system demos and requirement discussions.
- Study clients' current business processes and recommend how SAP Business One can solve their problems.
- Gather user requirements and write functional specifications.
- Configure the system, prepare master data and opening balances, and document the setup.
- Prepare test scripts, carry out unit testing and guide users through user-acceptance testing (UAT).
- Conduct end-user training and provide post-go-live support.
- Handle support and enhancement requests for existing clients.
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Accounting, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Experienced candidates: 1–3 years of SAP Business One or other ERP implementation experience.

About the Role
You will build the add-ons, integrations and custom applications that extend SAP Business One for our clients, such as connecting it to e-commerce platforms, e-Invoice (MyInvois) and other business systems, working closely with our functional consultants.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop and maintain applications and integrations using Python and .NET (C#).
- Build SAP Business One add-ons and integrations using the SAP B1 SDK (DI API / UI API) and Service Layer.
- Develop and consume REST APIs to connect SAP Business One with third-party systems.
- Turn functional specifications from consultants into clean, efficient and reusable code.
- Design and maintain database structures and queries in SQL Server or SAP HANA.
